SERVICE

●Consulting (Support for overseas expansion, Suppliers matching, Production management)

For customers considering overseas expansion, we provide support from factory selection/audit to production management, in cooperation with both Japan and the country of production.
We introduce the most suitable factories for our customers by matching them with the information we have obtained through our efforts with various factories at each of our bases.
If you are looking for a new supplier, please let us know the country of production, items, order size, etc.

●System Development　　

We develop quality control and production control APP, raw material traceability management systems, and other systems that help improve on-site efficiency and quality. DX enables smooth information sharing with the production site and reduces the cumbersome work that has been done in the past.

●OEM/ ODM

We produce cut-and-sew garments at our affiliated factory in Bangladesh. Design proposals, pattern making, and small-lot production (from 500 pieces) are also available. We help you to make sample, small-lot production in Japan, too. Also introduce sustainable fabrics and support SDG's initiatives such as recycling.

●Other production support

We visit local factories on behalf of our customers to provide operational guidance at the sewing site, technical guidance, manual preparation, and pre-shipment audits.
We have bases in Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Bangladesh, India, and China.Even if the products are produced in multiple countries, we will work closely with each of our bases to check the quality according to the customer's standards.

募集職種	生産管理・サンプル品質確認アシスタント業務
業務内容	仕様書やパターンを理解し、問題の発生原因と解決策を提案する。サンプルの品質確認を行い、量産で問題が発生しないよう生産工場へ助言を行う。量産中に発生している問題を抽出し、最終検品チームへ指示を行う。日本に居るデザイナーやパタンナーと、海外の生産工場の間に立ち、生産が円滑に進むよう双方の橋渡しを行う。最終検品の管理のため、海外への出張や駐在の可能性もあり。入社後は、上記業務のアシスタントとして従事し、知識と技術を身に付ける。
応募資格	学歴不問
スキル・経験	英語日常会話程度必須、経験不問（生産管理・企画・販売などアパレル経験者なら尚可）
